Bodywork is as individualized as each person is. I strive to make my work reflect that.

I serve both patients and clients, depending on the nature of the work I am performing, and currently offer services in the Richmond, Virginia, area and in Powhatan, Virginia.

Every service is created based on how the person presents that day. There is no base protocol for my work with exception of following the correct process for each procedure.

As a Certified Lymphema Therapist (CLT), I am licensed with specialized training in Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), which is the gold standard for managing chronic swelling, lymphedema, and compromised lymphatic systems. This certification requires over 135 hours of rigorous, medical-level certification from an accredited school. See the FAQ’s to learn more.

As a state-credentialed Licensed Massage Therapist since 1997, I am trained to relieve pain, manage injuries, and reduce stress through massage.
