Lymphatic Drainage is available in the following types:
Lipedema, Pre- and Post-surgical including cosmetic surgeries, post-cancer treatment for swelling, inherited lymphedema, detox
Fascial sessions and Swedish and Deep Tissue Modailities can be combined with other treatment sessions as well as booked as a full service. Swedish and Deep Tissue are the most well-known types of massage, but I can critique your session so it is unique each time.

Swedish / Therapeutic Massage
Swedish Massage is the most popular modality in Spas. It is used mainly for relaxation and is the best for those who wish to not experience any discomfort. It is the basis for most Spa specialty massage services and for pregnancy services. This full service modality can be booked in 45,60,90, or 120 minute lengths. It can be combined with other services. Please note that mixed modalities are priced in 15 minute increments. The cost per minute for Swedish modality is $1.63 per minute.
Blackberry Signature Massage
This upgraded Swedish service is 70-minutes in length. Warmed infused Sage and Blackberry aromatherapy is combined with a vegan massage cream for the body. Neroli oil for the face and de”collete area, pine and eucalyptus for the feet and a finish of hot stones on the back. This is truly a Spa level service. It is a favorite for Valentines and other special days. $148

Prenatal Massage
Prenatal Massage is for anyone in any trimester. All mothers to be who are having complications will be required to have a Doctors order to receive services. I am an advanced Pregnancy LMT. Please convey this to the Dr if you need a release to be seen in my office. Prenatal Massage is offered in 45 minute, 60 minute, and 90 minute increments. Cost per minute is $1.90.
Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue modality can provide relief from chronic pain. By reaching the deep er layers of the muscle it can reduce inflammation and built up tension. This full service modality may be preformed in 45,60,90, or 120 min services . It can be combined with other services. Please note that mixed modality services are priced in 15 minute increments.
DECONGESTIVE THERAPY & CERTIFIED LYMPHEDEMA THERAPY
BENEFITS OF MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE - Certified Lymphedema services can help your immune system to function by speeding up the removal of toxins in the body. MLD (manual lymphatic drainage) can help with water retention as well as pain related to edema (water retention).
My office has options available for decongestive therapies as well as manual lymphatic drainage. You may request mld for allergies or a overall detox session for helping your body feel less “congested”. I offer MLD also for body contour to help with the appearance of cellulite. For patients who require post-surgical work, I offer medical grade decongestive therapies and lymphatic drainage for post-surgical scarring and edema. Examples include services for post cancer edema and scarring, scars from surgeries such as c- sections or hysterectomy. I also offer lymphatic drainage for post cosmetic surgery.
Please note that there may be times that a Physicians order must be obtained to receive lymphedema services. I am a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. My training is with Monarch Education. I am trained to do wraps as well as lymphatic drainage. I do not take insurance in my practice. Many FSA cards are accepted. Please check with your insurance provider to verify the use of card transactions.

BODY CONTOUR
This session is sold in a package of 18 45-min services preformed twice a week for 9 weeks. This service is sold only in a prepaid package.

Advanced Bodywork
Structural Fascia Work
Fascial modality assists the planes of tissue move more fluidly. This modality consists of a much slower pace than massage. It is not usually a “full body” session. The planes of fascia have direction that are addressed to help the client experience more mobility. This work can be preformed in a complete session of 45 minutes at $93.60, 60 minutes at $124.80, 90 minutes at $187.20, or 120 min at $249.60. It can also be preformed with other modalities in increments of $2.08 per minute.
Sports Therapy
Sports Therapy is preformed in a 30-minute session. This is a pre or post sports event service. It is fast paced and is designed to keep good blood flow to the body surrounding the event . The cost of this service is $70.
Reflexology
Reflexology is the practice of accessing the energy of the organs through the hands and feet. If the intent is for a long foot massage only, its best to schedule 30 minutes of Swedish or Deep Tissue massage. This service is 45 minutes and is $80.
